Leadership

Todd Robyak, CF APMP, PMP has more than 30 years of experience in capture management, proposal operations, and project management disciplines within the GovCon market. He started Advantage Proposals in 2014 to help small and mid-size businesses achieve their growth goals and has led activities toward an above-average PWIN of 40% since the company’s inception across pursuits ranging from six-figure efforts to multi-billion dollar single-award deals. Mr. Robyak also led all activities to create a customer base of more than 70 organizations, many who have been repeat customers spanning 10+ years. Before starting Advantage Proposals, Mr. Robyak held executive roles in capture management and proposal operations at firms that are now part of Guidehouse and GovCIO, and earlier served in management positions at CGI Federal and Accenture. A Washington Metro native, Mr. Robyak currently serves as President of a local swim and tennis club, holds a leadership role on the Board of another organization, and enjoys running, golf, softball, and home improvement projects. He holds a M.S. in Technology Management (MSTM) from George Mason University, a B.S. in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, and a Federal CIO University certificate.
