Leadership

Todd Robyak, CF APMP, PMP has more than 26 years of experience in capture management, proposal operations, and project management disciplines within the GovCon market. He started Advantage Proposals in 2014 to help small and mid-size businesses achieve their growth goals and has led activities toward an above-average PWIN of 41% since the company’s inception. Mr. Robyak also led all activities to create a customer base of more than 60 organizations, many who have been repeat customers spanning 7+ years. Before starting Advantage Proposals, Mr. Robyak was Vice President of Capture & Proposal Operations at Ace Info Solutions, Inc. (now Guidehouse). While at AceInfo, Mr. Robyak oversaw a team of bid & proposal professionals who contributed to an average response rate of 4 proposals per month, yielding double-digit corporate growth. Prior to this, Mr. Robyak held a similar position as the Vice President of Capture Management and Proposal Support Operations at ATS Corporation, a large government integrator that today is part of GovCIO via Salient-CRGT. While at ATS Corporation, Mr. Robyak led efforts toward a 94% PWIN on recompete responses, while modernizing capture management processes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Robyak performed in a variety of project management and technical roles at American Management Systems (now CGI Federal), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

 

Mr. Robyak is a native to the Washington Metropolitan area. He currently serves as a Board Member at two organizations and enjoys family activities, running, golf, softball, and home improvement projects.  Mr. Robyak received a M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University, B.S. in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, and holds a Federal CIO University certificate. He also has CF APMP and PMP certifications, and was previously cleared at the Secret level.
