AP Announcements (2020-2022)December, 2022 Advantage Proposals Ashburn, VA-based customer awarded a multi-year contract with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide training and education products and services under the USALearning® (USAL) program. USAL is a government-wide multi-billion dollar contract with 9 total awardees. Advantage Proposals provided proposal management and technical writing for this effort. November, 2022 Reston, VA customer awarded a 5-year contract to provide IT support for the Internal Revenue Service's Compliance Data Warehouse, one of the largest databases in the federal government. Advantage Proposals provided volume book boss/management, solutioning, and technical writing support for the effort. October, 2022 Advantage Proposals customer headquartered in Tysons, VA awarded a 5-year contract to provide Geospatial Data Collection and Infrastructure Support (GDCIS) for the Department of Homeland Security.
